The Story
Safir started with a simple problem. Every hydration drink on the shelf was either loaded with sugar or packed with a list of ingredients nobody could pronounce. I was tired of choosing between something that tasted good and something I actually wanted to put in my body. So at 16, I made my own.
Who's Behind It
I'm Brad Safir, a 16-year-old competitive wrestler at Jericho High School on Long Island. I know what it feels like to need real hydration after a hard practice, not a sugar crash in a can. I built this brand for people like me: athletes, gym-goers, and anyone who reads the label before they drink. It started with me selling bottles out of my backpack at school, one at a time, and it is only getting bigger from here.
The Formula Gets Checked Twice
My dad is a radiologist and my mom is an ophthalmologist. Every formula I make is reviewed by both of them before it ships, with clean ingredients as the priority. That is the standard this brand runs on: if it does not belong in the bottle, it does not go in.
What's In It
Every 12 oz bottle of Safir is made with organic ingredients: electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and magnesium), lion's mane, and organic fruit for flavor, with just a touch of organic raw honey and cane sugar and a hint of organic stevia (11 g total sugar). No artificial sweeteners, no artificial dyes, and no mystery blends. Caffeine free and creatine free. Prefer creatine, or like to mix your own? That is what our stick packs are for, available with or without creatine. The bottles come in three flavors: Piña Colada, Strawberry Lemonade, and Passionfruit.
Why Safir
The big brands spend millions convincing you they care about what goes into your body. We simply put it on the label. Safir is built by an athlete, for athletes, with ingredients you can actually understand. No corporate boardroom and no marketing tricks, just a real product made by someone who drinks it every day.
Where We're Going
This is day one. Safir is growing fast, and the goal is simple: to become the hydration brand athletes trust because it was built by one of their own. Follow the journey on Instagram @SafirHydration and be part of it from the start.
Drink safer with Safir.
