how many can i drink a day?
one a day is a solid baseline. it's hydration with a few functional add-ins, not an energy drink, so think of it as replacing the sugary stuff, not stacking on top of it.
does it have caffeine?
zero. none. you can drink it after a night practice and still sleep fine.
